intervention
This workshop helps individuals to relook at the purposes, tasks, and relations at their workplace; and aligning these to their Core (i.e. their passion, values and strengths). Then the work in and of the team as a whole becomes more meaningful and purposeful, and ensure each minute is fruitfully spend leading to reduced burnout.
A lot of times individuals land up in teams expecting the manager to give them job what they like; which can never a fair expectation. As the team is getting bigger, delegation becomes more generic and driven by demand. When mangers are aware of the key areas to focus, he/she can guide the individual to craft their purposes. Actively being involved in all aspects of the work, aligning to individuals' passion, value and strengths guarantees better engagement and satisfaction.
This workshop/ intervention is a hands-on experience where individuals will explore and uncover these aspects to redesign your work life.

Workshop methodology:
Step 0 : Team leader connect ~45 minutes (understanding the larger picture/ purpose needs check)
Step 1: Team Crafting Workshop (4 hours)
Step 1.1: Before sketch preparation (as-is mapping of time spend/ tasks)
Step 1.2: Defining the core (passion, strengths and skills)
Step 1.3: After sketch preparation (crafting based on one’s core)
Step 1.4: Action plan and Goal setting (doing it hands-on in the journal)
Step 2: Post- survey and feedback check-in
